The Arts play a vital role in fostering creativity, self-expression, and confidence in our students. At Shorncliffe State School, we are proud to offer a rich and engaging Arts program, led by our passionate and highly skilled teachers.
Ms Nixie Farina inspires our Year 3–6 students every Monday and Tuesday, encouraging them to explore their artistic talents through dynamic and thought-provoking projects. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, Ms Lyndy Melville nurtures
creativity in our Prep–Year 2 students, fostering a love of the Arts from an early age through imaginative and hands -on experiences.
Through visual arts, drama, dance, and music, our students are given opportunities to express themselves, build confidence, and develop a deeper appreciation for the Arts. The dedication of our Arts teachers ensures that every child can discover and develop their creative potential in a supportive and inspiring environment.
